AISF 27th national conference was held at Pondicherry (com.Annuswamy Hall) on 13 feb-15th feb 2010

AISF 27th national conference was held at Pondicherry (com.Annuswamy Hall) on 13 feb-15th feb 2007.

I have participated in that conference as an Observer throughout the sessions. AISF Comrades from almost all states of india participated there in that conference. Delegates from 25 states had participated. Mainly Tamilnadu, Puthucherry, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chandigrah, Chhattisgrah, West Bengal, Tripura, Assam, Manipur, Hariyana, Delhi, Punjab, Gujrath, Jharkand, Bihar, Uthrakand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu &Kashmir. besides participants from abroad.

On 13th of feb morning, AISF flag hoisted in conference venue and conference started. Com. N.Kalainathan M.L.A done the welcome speech, Prof.Vasanthi Devi( former Vice chancellor of Madras university) Inaugurated the delegate session.

There was a colourfull students rally had arranged by the Pondicherry AISF comrades and public meeting was at Elapillichavady.
Com.S.Sudakar Reddy, com. D. Pandiyan, com. Vijendra Kesari( general sec. AISF), com. R.Thirumalai(vice president AISF), com.Meesala Vemaiah (vice president AISF), com. Abhay Manohar Taksal (sec. AISF), Com. Paramjeet singh Dhanban(Treasurer AISF), com. K.Murugan( Gen.Sec AIYF), com.Sathya Moorthy( state Presid. AISF Puthucherry), com. K.Prasanna(state sec. AISF Puthusherry) were done their speech on that public meeting.

Leaders of students union of Sri Lankan Communist Party participated in all sessions as invites and they made nice speech in the conference and salutes. There are 4 member team came there from Sri Lanka.

On 14th Feb there was a seminar on “Crises in Indian Education System” arranged at N.T Hall. Com. D.Raja M.P, Prof.Anil Sadgopal had done their speech on that seminar.
Puthucherry Party arranged cultural programs in Public stage at Elapillichavady in evening time.

Comrades from all states participated in the various discussions and different commissions. AISF national gen.sec presented the gift to the Kurnool( in Andhra Pradesh) district secretary because they are the biggest membership district in India. All the delegates congratulates them(Kurnool district) for their achievement.

Conference elected Com. ABHAY MANOHAR TAKSAL (from MAHARASHTRA) as national General secretary of AISF and Com. PARAMJEET SINGH DHABAN (from PUNJAB) as the national President of AISF.
